Leaving the coastline of Miami, a convoy assembled under the banners of Supercar Showdown, Vice City District with Elo, and DameGood Lifestyle with Carl Bernard Frances (Francis "The Dark Buddha"). Riding alongside were two women whose surnames are permanently etched into the history of the automobile: Kat DeLorean, daughter of visionary automaker John Z. DeLorean, and Caroline Bugatti, carrying forward the heritage of Ettore Bugatti.
Two families that shaped automotive culture across distinct eras and continents were sharing the same stretch of highway, pointed west toward the Nevada desert.
II. Open Throttle Across the Heartland
The route unfurled across state lines with steady momentum. Cutting north from Florida into Atlanta, Georgia, and sweeping through the ridges of Tennessee, the rally focused as much on human connection as on the machines themselves. At every fuel stop and staging area, high-performance engineering drew enthusiasts, travelers, and local communities together.
Pushing into the wide expanse of the Texas panhandle, the convoy reached Route 66's iconic landmark: Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo. Emerging from the red earth, ten graffiti-layered Cadillacs stood half-buried nose-down in the soil. Spray cans hissed into the desert air as the team added fresh paint to the weathered steel silhouettes—a spontaneous nod of modern speed meeting classic American road culture.
III. History on the Concrete Crest: Hoover Dam at Midnight
As the journey crossed into the Southwest, the terrain gave way to rugged canyon walls and sun-baked plateaus. Approaching the Arizona-Nevada border, the expedition secured an unprecedented milestone.
Under the desert night sky, the convoy was granted special access to park their supercars directly along the crest of the Hoover Dam. Framed by towering intake structures and the sweeping curve of monumental Art Deco concrete, a private dinner was staged right across the roadway. Engine blocks cooled beneath the stars while headlights illuminated the engineering marvel of the past century. It marked the first time a gathering of this kind had ever been hosted directly atop the structure.
IV. Neon, Thunder, and the F1 Spectacle
The final leg descended into the Las Vegas valley just as the Strip prepared for the inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix. In a city buzzing with turbocharged engines and neon canopies, the journey reached its destination. Stepping into the paddock, the group joined Scuderia AlphaTauri for a private event featuring Formula 1 drivers Daniel Ricciardo and Yuki Tsunoda.
From the dawn departure in Miami to the roar of Formula 1 cars along the Las Vegas Strip, this cross-country run stood as a living testament to heritage, road camaraderie, and the enduring pull of the open highway.
